Fish feed machine, fish feed processing line.

We Jinan Saibainuo Machinery Co.,Ltd is the most professional manufacture for fish feed machines since 2000.

By now we already made 5 kinds of different capacity machines:  120-150kg/hour,  240-260kg/hour,  500-600kg/hour, 1000-1200kg/hour  and 2500-3000kg/hour

The machine use corn flour, wheat flour, soy flour, wheat bran, fish meal, salt, water as the raw material.

The 120-150kg/hour,  240-260kg/hour machines are suitable for small or medium Farm and small fish feed factory.  The 500-600kg/hour machine is suitable for medium size factory.

The 1000-1200kg/hour  and 2500-3000kg/hour machine are suitable for huge fish feed factory.

The fish feed production line has several system:

1. Raw material preparing system (Mix the raw material according to the formula)

2. Extrusion system (This is the most important process, the quality of the extruder decide the quality of the fish feed.  The extruder will cook the raw material and make the pellets,

the pellets size we can make from 1mm to 30mm)

3. Drying system (This system will dry the fish feed, take out the moisture.  The fish feed after drying the moisture will reduce from 25-28% to 10-12%.  There are different heating type of dryer:

Electric heating, Gas&Diesel heating, Steam Heating.)

4. Cooling system (After drying the temperature of fish feed is high, we need cooling machine to reduce the fish feed temperature to 30-40℃)

5.Flavoring System（this is important process to make the fish feed good taste, in this process the machine will spray liquid flavor on the fish feed surface, also spray some attractant）

6. Packing system(The packing will pack the fish feed in bags,  1-25kg per bag.)
